Position Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the PLM landscape, performing the following duties:
- Solution Design & Architecture: Produce comprehensive technical solutions for PLM, leveraging the 3DExperience platform (including ENOVIA, ENOVIA V5 LCA, DELMIA, and CATIA), based on engineering and business requirements.
- Design Authority: Act as the Solution Design Authority, preparing technical impact and risk assessments, trade study documents, and functional and technical architecture views.
- Integration Solutions: Provide robust solutions for integrating 3DExperience with other PLM systems and legacy applications.
- Data Migration Architecture: Develop architectural designs for CAD and non-CAD data migrations.
- Platform Validation & Analysis: Conduct platform validation, perform gap analysis for capabilities, and produce solution architectures for configurations and customizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with Engineering, Manufacturing, other Solution Architects, Product Managers, and developers to deliver high-quality solutions for complex Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Full Lifecycle Participation: Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle, including research and design, development, testing, implementation, and support.
- Technical Leadership: Lead architectural and technical discussions with large groups in solution design workshops.
- Influence & Standards: Influence design development decisions, coding, and deployment standards for PLM implementations.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
- PLM Domain Expertise: Strong technical and functional knowledge of the PLM domain with extensive 3DExperience development experience.
- Dassault Systems Development: Strong knowledge of Dassault Systmes CAA development in V5 and 3DExperience.
- 3DExperience Implementation: Excellent technical development and implementation experience in 3DExperience (16x and above) with knowledge of ENOVIA V5, DELMIA, and CATIA.
- Cloud Exposure: Exposure to AWS and cloud environments.
- Data Migration Development: Ability to develop data migration scripts in TCL, JPO, and MQL. Capability to develop functional and/or technical approaches for data extraction, transformation, and loading, coupled with a strong understanding of engineering PLM scenarios.
- Business Process Consulting: Experience in business process consulting, problem definition, and the architecture/design/detailing of processes.
- 3DExperience Functional Knowledge: Strong functional and implementation knowledge of 3DExperience modules and the Dassault Toolchain covering:
- Engineering Processes
- Manufacturing Processes
- BOM Management
- Enterprise Change Management
- Program Management
- Product Configuration
- Supplier Source Management, etc.
- Solution and Development Experience: Demonstrated solution and development experience on Service-oriented Architecture (SOA) integrations with PLM.
- Non-Technical Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent presentation skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- AWS Certification: AWS certified.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience applying the Scaled Agile framework for program/project lifecycle methodology.
- Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain relationships/partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.
- Communication & Reporting: Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Fluent in written and spoken English with a high degree of proficiency with MS Office tools to prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, proposals, and Statements of Work.
- Long-Term Career Vision: A person with a long-term approach to a career in a manufacturing/engineering IT organization, with equal focus on domain as well as technology.
- 3DExperience Customization: Experience with 3DExperience DevAppSuite (CAA)/xPDM Adapter/DELMIA Process Planning & Factory Flow Simulation/SIMULIA Process Composer/ISIGHT & SIMULIA Execution Engine would be an added advantage.
- Upgrade Knowledge: Knowledge of CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V5 Upgrade to 3DExperience.
- Domain Knowledge: Domain knowledge preferably in Aerospace, Aviation, Automotive, and Manufacturing.
Typical Education & Experience:
- Technical bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
