The Opportunity

  • We are looking for a seasoned Technical Sales Engineer/Manager/Director to work with our Software clients to navigate the landscape of constantly advancing technology and continuous disruption in the High-Tech industry, to partner with our existing and new High-Tech clients to help them emerge as leaders of this digital revolution, repositioning their business to realize the future.
  • The India Software lead will work closely and partner with the global Software trend leader and report into the India Industry Platform Head.
  • This leader will collaborate on industry strategy, marketing, partnerships, sales, and all go-to- market functions for the Hi-Tech business across the Geo/ market there by generating incremental revenue streams/Business for Software sector, a key pillar of Capgemini High-Tech, where we are building a full-stack offerings to help Software ecosystem customers innovate, build, and transform their business with Cap Gemini.
  • We help develop industry-specific applications, Software companies, where we extend the boundaries of their world, across the industries, to reach new industries, unlock new use cases, and break into new markets.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • A result oriented, hands-on technology sales lead from Software industry with min 10+ Years of RELEVENT experience in building business vision, strategy, and technology roadmaps to assist in growing Cap-Gemini brand in High-tech.
  • Must possess a deep technology anchor and a strong understanding of technology trends in high-tech/ software industry. Be able to translate this knowledge into strategizing relevant service offers for Software customers to help grow high-tech business globally.
  • Solid experience in presales or sales ability to author appropriate offers/ solution Point of Views to address customer needs and help build the pipeline. Solid understanding of Hi-Tech Software players and their business models.
  • Highly experienced in analyzing the background information and data and building high quality presentations for executive consumption. Be able to present the content succinctly in front of large audience and generate interaction.

Primary Skill

  • A High-Tech Business Lead with good working knowledge of Cloud, AI, and other trending technologies.
  • Good understanding of Hi-tech enterprise customer business processes and IT ecosystem (i.e. CRM, ERP, Marketing Tech, MDM, Reporting, Data lake, UX, Web/mobile tech)

Secondary Skill

  • Business Growth Driver with a passion to think out of the box and identify strategies aligning with businesses growth objectives.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, capable of influencing and driving regional counterparts.
