Senior Solution Architect- Location-PAN India

1. 15+ years of experience with technical strategy, architecting end-to-end solutions with FSC, Service Cloud and Data Cloud.

2. 5+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, deep expertise in FSC and related technologies (APEX, LWC, SOQL), strong knowledge of financial services with multiple data platforms and technologies, with appropriate certifications.

3. Should know Financial Services Cloud, Insurance module, with Service Cloud & Data Cloud.

4. Work closely with product owners and business users to capture the requirements for Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud and Data Cloud with FSC and integration with legacy systems

5. Recommend Salesforce best practices and implement the business requirements keeping Salesforce platform limitations in mind and making most use of Salesforce platform

6. Develop the solution leveraging Salesforce/Financial Services Cloud provided Standard objects, Actions and Omni Scripts

7. Maintain technical architecture/diagram/data model diagram on Confluence and keep stakeholders updated on it.

8. Present the solution to design review board/solution review team and get signoff on design before development begins.

9. Identify the technical dependency and blocker and take a call with respective stakeholders to eliminate them to avoid delays in delivery.

10. Monitor code repository to ensure reviews are done, all artifacts which should be added to repository are being pushed through repository only.

11. Keep track of Salesforce scheduled releases and its impact on client org.

12. Keep customer updated with recent features by Salesforce and feature retirements by Salesforce.
