Technical Architecture & Strategy
- Architect and govern enterprise-grade mobile device management (MDM) solutions using Intune and Workspace ONE for Android, iOS, and macOS platforms
- Lead lifecycle management for Windows devices with a strong focus on Dell enterprise architecture, BIOS, and driver updates via Dell Command Suite
- Design and implement Intune-based Windows management including autopilot profiles, compliance policies, configuration baselines, and security controls
- Define and drive vulnerability management and patching strategies through Intune to ensure a secure and up-to-date device landscape
Governance & Asset Management
- Manage and optimize Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) operations to ensure accurate hardware lifecycle tracking via ServiceNow
- Govern ServiceNow CMDB and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes to maintain data accuracy, visibility, and alignment with ITSM best practices
- Lead continuous innovation through workflow automation, user story development, and enhancement of ServiceNow platform capabilities
Workplace Transformation Leadership
- Design and lead transformation programs across digital workplace services including Service Desk, Field Support, Desktop Lifecycle, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
- Collaborate with executive leadership to define and communicate the end-user computing (EUC) architecture and long-term technology roadmap
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to architecture and engineering teams
Required Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, EUC solutions, and IT governance
- Proven ability to design and deploy workplace technologies in complex, global environments
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, ITAM modules, and asset discovery tools
- Expertise in modern workplace platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, and Dell enterprise tooling
- In-depth knowledge of IT security protocols, compliance standards, and operational risk management

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in Microsoft Intune, ServiceNow, VMware Workspace ONE, or ITIL are highly desirable
