Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.
- Write and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
- Perform manual testing to validate new features and ensure overall product stability.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated test execution.
- Debug, analyze, and report defects with clear documentation and reproducible steps.
- Ensure product performance, reliability, and scalability through automated and manual testing practices.
- Stay updated with new tools, frameworks, and best practices in testing and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in manual and automation testing.
- Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest.
- Experience in API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of manual testing concepts: test planning, bug lifecycle, regression, UAT, and exploratory testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git preferred).
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
