Role Summary:

Join our AI Apps & Marketplace Engineering team to architect testing strategies for enterprise-grade AI applications and intelligent agents (Genies). You'll ensure the reliability and scalability of complex, multi-system workflows in a cutting-edge AI automation environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design & build scalable test automation frameworks for AI apps, Genie skills, and multi-step workflows.
• Develop automated tests for functional, integration, and end-to-end scenarios.
• Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive test strategies & coverage models.
• Debug issues across APIs, workflows, and orchestration logic.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor peers and influence quality engineering practices.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)

• 5+ years in software testing/automation with strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or Ruby).
• Experience in testing APIs, REST endpoints, and authentication flows (OAuth).
• Hands-on with workflow/orchestration or multi-step business process testing.
• Proven experience in architecting test automation frameworks for complex systems.
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and automated test integration.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Interest in AI agents, intelligent workflows, and automation ecosystems.
