Job Description
This role works closely with testers and software developers across the department (six Directors and multiple application teams) to accelerate AI adoption, improve test quality, and increase test coverage. The role acts as a hands-on technical advisor, enabling teams to effectively use GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, testing practices, and CI/CD pipelines to improve code quality and delivery speed through unit testing. The role increases capability across multiple teams by establishing repeatable patterns, standards, and guardrails for AI-assisted testing. It helps resolve and troubleshoot pipeline failures for the Payroll Integration Hub test team and provides guidance on test automation for unit, integration, and regression testing, as well as pipeline setup activities. The role also develops and maintains test coverage reports and guides teams in implementing test automation and reporting. This role requires strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes, experience working with cloud platforms, ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments, and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
