Job Description

Lead architecture design for complex front-end systems using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and Core Web Vitals, including startup time, rebuffering, memory usage, and rendering performance
Ensure cross-browser and cross-platform consistency (desktop, mobile web, Tizen, webOS)
Mentor junior/mid-level engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews
Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers to build high-quality, reusable components
Integrate player UI with HTML5 video playback engines (Shaka Player, HLS.js, Video.js, Dash.js)
Implement analytics and observability frameworks to monitor performance metrics and guide optimization
Debug and resolve production issues efficiently, ensuring reliability and minimal user impact
Maintain web security best practices, including XSS prevention, CSP, CORS, secure media playback, and DRM-related attack vectors
