What you'll do...
- DevOps Engineering & Platform Operations
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, test, release, and deployment processes for enterprise IAM applications.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure automation and operational scripts using languages such as Java, python, golang enabling repeatable, reliable deployments.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management practices to standardize environments across development, staging, and production.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of IAM services through proactive monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning.
- Perform system maintenance, patching, upgrades, and incident response, including root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.
- Observability, Monitoring & Reliability
- Implement and manage telemetry, logging, metrics, and tracing to improve system observability and operational insight.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using industry-standard monitoring tools and SRE best practices.
- Support on-call operations, troubleshoot production incidents, and drive resolution through automation and operational runbooks.
- Establish and track service-level indicators (SLIs/SLOs) to ensure platform reliability and performance.
- CI/CD, Automation & Quality Engineering
- Build automation for repetitive operational tasks, reducing manual intervention and operational risk.
- Integrate automated testing, security scanning, and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct pipeline, infrastructure, and code reviews to ensure operational excellence, security, and maintainability.
- Enforce code quality standards, deployment metrics, and release governance across teams.
- Cloud & Security
- Design and operate enterprise-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms supporting SSO, Active Directory, and related identity services.
- Partner with application teams to onboard, integrate, and operate IAM solutions, ensuring secure and seamless authentication and authorization.
- Design reusable platform components, libraries, and frameworks to support scalable IAM services across the enterprise.
- Ensure security-by-design principles are embedded in pipelines, infrastructure, and runtime environments.
- AI/ML & GenAI-Driven DevOps Enablement
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate automation, pipeline development, and operational workflows.
- Integrate AI/ML-based operational tooling (AIOps) to enhance anomaly detection, incident response, and predictive monitoring.
- Apply modular, object-oriented design principles to build maintainable automation and platform services.
- Collaboration, Leadership & Documentation
- Collaborate closely with software engineering, security, and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure systems.
- Mentor and guide team members on DevOps best practices, automation, and cloud-native operations, fostering self-sufficient, high-performing teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational guides for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support delivery of large-scale, high-impact platforms serving global users, ensuring operational excellence across regions.
- Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
- Apply SRE principles to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of mission-critical IAM services.
- Define, implement, and measure SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to balance reliability with delivery velocity.
- Lead incident response, post-incident reviews, and root cause analysis (RCA) with a focus on long-term remediation and automation.
- Reduce toil by designing self-healing systems and automating operational workflows.
- Implement resilience patterns such as graceful degradation, circuit breakers, blue/green and canary deployments.
- Development
- Assist in Design and implementation of new features while continuously improving quality of Identity and Access Management application
- Designs reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services.
- Develop software meeting code quality standards and metrics
- Guide and mentor others members in the team to promote highly technical and self-sufficient teams
- Create and maintain technical documentation for the team to reference and share with our internal customers
Minimum Qualifications...
