Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technology-driven
ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in designing and developing scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding complex business requirements, building robust applications, and continuously learning and implementing new technologies within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Develop and customize workflows, Service Catalogs, and modules.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Develop and execute testing strategies to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Perform thorough testing before deployment of applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and recommend enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation for applications and integrations.
- Provide support and training to end users and internal teams.
- Adhere to coding standards while developing solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on progress and deliverables.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, customization, and administration across ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Strong experience in building custom applications in ServiceNow.
- Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, and UI Policies.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
- Advanced scripting knowledge (ACLs, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, etc.).
- Integration experience with ITOM tools, third-party applications, and REST APIs/Web Services.
- Good understanding of ITIL framework and IT Operations Management concepts.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Certifications: ServiceNow CSA and CAD (Mandatory).
