Senior Software Engineer

Role: Senior Software Engineer (AdTech | Real-Time APIs | AWS)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who enjoys building high-performance backend services and implementing real-time APIs at scale. This role is heavily focused on execution and turning well-defined technical designs into reliable, low-latency production systems.

The ideal candidate has strong AdTech experience and is comfortable working in fast-moving environments where performance, scalability, and reliability are critical.

What You Will Do

Implement and maintain low-latency RESTful APIs used in real-time AdTech workflows

Build production-grade backend services using Node.js (JavaScript) and Java

Translate architectural designs into clean, maintainable, and high-performing code

Optimize APIs for speed, reliability, and high throughput

Work with AWS services to deploy and scale backend applications

Write efficient SQL queries and help improve database performance

Implement and maintain infrastructure using Terraform

Troubleshoot performance issues in real-time systems

Collaborate closely with the architect and other engineers to deliver production-ready features

Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience

Hands-on experience building low-latency REST APIs

Experience working in the AdTech space (real-time bidding, identity resolution, audience platforms, or similar)

Strong experience with JavaScript/Node.js and Java

Experience deploying and operating applications in AWS

Strong SQL skills and experience working with production databases

Experience using Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools

Strong focus on writing clean, reliable, production-ready code

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Knowledge of agile development methodologies.

Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for backend applications (build, test, deploy, and release automation)
