About The Job
We are seeking a skilled Guidewire (GW) Developer with strong expertise in ClaimCenter configuration and integrations. The ideal candidate will work as both an individual contributor and a team lead, handling requirement analysis, production support, defect resolution, and new enhancements across projects.

Responsibilities
- Work on enhancements, projects, and production support activities
- Analyze requirements, incidents, defects, and problems to identify root causes
- Develop and configure Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions
- Design and implement Guidewire integrations with third-party systems
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments
- Ensure high-quality code adhering to standards and best practices
- Support deployment, testing, and post-production activities
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and integrations
- Strong understanding of claims lifecycle (FNOL to claim handling)
- Experience with third-party/vendor integrations
- Knowledge of Guidewire Cloud concepts
- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
- Exposure to Global Delivery Model
- Understanding of data models
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working in Scrum teams
Desired Skill Set
- Knowledge of Agile tools (e.g., Agile Manager or similar)
- Guidewire ClaimCenter Certification
- Experience with Guidewire Integration Gateway
- Experience with Guidewire Cloud Console
- Additional experience in integrations and middleware tools
