Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Software Developer who will play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling our core platforms. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, and the ability to mentor junior developers while collaborating closely with product, QA, and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications
- Own end-to-end development of features from requirement analysis to production deployment
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide long-term solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Required Skills Qualifications
- 47+ years of hands-on experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) / Kotlin / Node.js (as applicable)
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
- Familiarity with system design, design patterns, and scalable architectures
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of security, authentication, and data protection
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Good to Have
- Experience in Fintech / Trading / Brokerage systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP)
- Knowledge of Flutter / React / Next.js
- Experience with message queues (Kafka / RabbitMQ)
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team
