Role Description
- 47 years | Java / Python | Product Engineering | Ownership + Impact
- Trulogik builds AI-driven products used by large U.S. healthcare payers solving real problems in automation, cost optimization, and operations at scale.

What you'll work on
- Build and scale backend services using Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/Flask)
- Design clean, reliable APIs for distributed systems
- Own backend performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Model data across SQL + NoSQL (Postgres, Mongo, Redis, etc.)
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve latency & stability
- Collaborate with Product, Data, QA & DevOps to ship fast
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical reviews
- Mentor teammates and help raise engineering quality
What you bring
- 47 years of backend engineering experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Python
- Solid fundamentals data structures, algorithms, OOP, multithreading
- Experience with microservices & cloud (Microsoft Azure preferred)
- CI/CD, Git, authentication and authorization using Oauth2.0 and OIDC, unit and integration testing.
- Nice to have: Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka/RabbitMQ, ELK/Prometheus, Agile experience.
