Role Summary

Performance Engineer, drives the optimization of the Sophos Central webservices and websites, as well as design, implementation, and maintainance of performance monitoring tools to enable other engineers to discover and mitigate performance issues in their code.

The role is for Central Performance engineering team. We manage, design and implement performance frameworks, provide guidance in writing and running good performance tests to product teams.
