Job Description

  • Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Integrate and configure Shopify apps and third-party plugins.
  • Work on Liquid /theme to build responsive and engaging storefronts.
  • Implement Shopify Checkout Extensions, Functions, and metafield/metaobject logic.
  • Work on Shopify Admin API / GraphQL API to manage orders, products, and customers.
  • Optimize website for performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during UAT or post-deployment.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing Shopify codebases without breaking existing features.
  • Participate in code reviews, document features, and follow Git workflows.
  • Stay current with Shopify releases, best practices, and ecosystem trends.
  • 3+ years of experience in Shopify development.
  • Strong proficiency in Liquid, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, SCSS.
  • Familiarity with Shopify Flow, custom apps, webhooks, and App Proxy.
  • Experience integrating ERP/CRM/loyalty systems with Shopify.
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce UX, SEO best practices, and accessibility.
  • Good knowledge of Git, debugging tools, and agile development methodologies.
