What you'll do...
Solution Architecture & Development
- Lead the technical design and development of the intranet portal in SharePoint Online using SPFx, Power Platform, Graph API, and modern scripting frameworks.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions leveraging Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Storage, Azure AD).
- Perform in-depth analysis of the existing Salesforce Experience Cloud portal and define the migration strategy.
- Strong knowledge in integrating 3rd party tools with SharePoint Online.
- Nice to Have: Experience designing or supporting backend services using .NET Core or .NET Framework, and building UI components or integrations using Angular/React.
Migration & Integration
- Define and lead the execution of the migration roadmap from Salesforce to SharePoint Online.
- Develop custom integrations and connectors using REST APIs, Graph API, and Azure Integration Services.
- Implement enterprise-level content migration, transformation, and restructuring.
Governance & Best Practices
- Establish security, compliance, and governance standards for the SharePoint environment.
- Optimize performance, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor SharePoint developers and provide technical oversight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, Infra, Security, and Business Stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality deliverables.
What you'll bring to the team...
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in SharePoint development and architecture.
- Deep experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, React/TypeScript, CSOM/JSOM, PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of Azure (Azure Functions, AD, Storage, Logic Apps, App Registrations).
- Experience integrating SharePoint with thirdparty platforms using Graph API / REST APIs.
- Expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred.
- Expertise in integrating 3rd party tools with SharePoint Online preferred.
- Experience with intranet portals, content migrations, and enterprise collaboration systems.
- Strong understanding of authentication models including OAuth, Azure AD, SSO.
- Excellent problemsolving, architectural thinking, and communication skills.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with .NET Core or .NET Framework for backend integrations or supporting custom services.
- Experience with Angular/React for UIcentric enhancements, reusable components, or integration layers.
