We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer Testing (SDET) with strong expertise in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Automation Testing using Playwright.

What You'll Do
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on coding and automation testing experience using JavaScript.
- 1+ year of practical experience with TypeScript.
- Strong experience in test automation techniques and tools:
- Playwright, Cucumber, Appium, Selenium.
- Exposure to microservices, API automation, and end-to-end automation pipelines.
Technical Skills
Automation & Testing
- Ability to design and build end-to-end automation frameworks using Playwright/Selenium.
- Experience working with BDD frameworks (Cucumber preferred).
- Strong understanding of API testing for REST and GraphQL.
- Skilled in writing automation for scalable, high-availability APIs/Microservices.
Backend & DevOps
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience working with GraphQL.
- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and troubleshooting distributed systems.
- Working knowledge of Docker & Kubernetes.
- Familiar with API gateways such as 3Scale.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms (REST, JWT, OAuth).
- Knowledge of task/message queues like AWS SQS, Azure, Kafka, Pushpin, etc.
Functional Skills
- Adherence to best practices in coding, testing, security, unit testing, and documentation.
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Ability to evaluate, research, and benchmark new technologies.
