Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch/Queueable jobs, and LWCs
- Implement Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, and custom configurations
- Build and support REST/SOAP API integrations
- Configure OmniChannel routing
- Implement Digital Engagement features: Enhanced Chat, Messaging channels
- Maintain Knowledge Management: publishing workflows, search optimization, Data Categories.
Must Have Skills
- 4+ years Salesforce development experience
- Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows
- Service Cloud: OmniChannel, Digital Engagement, Knowledge Management
- API integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Strong understanding of data models, governor limits, and security
Preferred
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI), PDII is a plus
- Good to have exposure to Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
