Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce & Agentforce Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform development, Agentforce implementation, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions. This role requires deep technical proficiency in Salesforce development, Lightning applications, Experience Cloud, and AI agent configuration—not just administration.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce while integrating AI agents, workflows, and external systems to enhance business operations and customer experiences.


Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development & Customization
  • Design, develop, and maintain Lightning applications on the Salesforce platform, primarily within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
  • Build and customize Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Develop robust solutions using Apex, SOQL, Unit Testing, Data Loader, Metadata APIs, and Web Services.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce environments, including objects, workflows, process automation, and security settings.

Agentforce & AI Implementation
  • Implement and configure Agentforce solutions for AI-powered automation.
  • Utilize Prompt Builder, Agentforce Studio, and AI developer tools such as Agentforce Vibe / CoPilot.
  • Build, configure, and optimize AI agents capable of autonomous task execution and decision-making.
  • Connect and integrate AI agents with Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Set up, test, and monitor AI workflows for performance and reliability.

Customer Portal / Experience Cloud Development
  • Design and develop branded customer portals using Salesforce Communities / Experience Cloud.
  • Implement responsive UI/UX using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce theming.
  • Ensure seamless cross-device compatibility and optimized customer experience.

Integration & Automation
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Flows, Live Agent Chat, Omni-Channel, and automation tools.
  • Build scalable data synchronization and API-based business solutions.

DevOps & Deployment
  • Manage Salesforce deployment pipelines and release processes.
  • Utilize tools such as Gearset or Copado for CI/CD and environment management.
  • Ensure code quality, version control, testing, and deployment best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Service Cloud / Sales Cloud.
  • Proven experience implementing Agentforce solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Prompt Builder
    • Agentforce Studio
    • Agentforce Vibe / CoPilot
    • Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Expertise in:
    • Apex
    • SOQL
    • Aura Components
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Salesforce APIs
  • 2+ years of Experience Cloud / Salesforce Communities development.
  • Strong front-end expertise: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive UI/UX.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Live Chat, Omni-Channel.
  • Salesforce deployment and DevOps experience.
  • Experience with Gearset / Copado is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Platform Developer Certification (PD1/PD2 preferred)
  • Service Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Experience Cloud Consultant Certification
  • AI / Agentforce certifications are a plus
