Senior Software Engineer - Python

We are hiring for Senior Python Developer (Founding Team), for a rapidly growing early-stage healthcare startup.

If you've ever been part of an early-stage startup as a Founder, CTO, Founding Engineer, or Tech Lead and love the idea of building scalable products from scratch, this is the kind of challenge you'll enjoy.

Experience - 5 to 10 Years in Python & FastApi

Location - Bangalore, HSR Layout - Onsite

Note: Only Immediate or Early joiners will be considered

Note: Only candidates with prior experience as Founder, Co-founder, CTO, or Founding Engineer in early-stage startups will be considered.

What You'll Do

• Build high-performance backend systems using Python (FastAPI).
• Design and implement modular, scalable architecture (HLD/LLD).
• Take ownership of end-to-end product development from concept to deployment.
• Work closely with the founding team to make technical and product decisions.
• Optimize application performance and data structures for speed and scalability.
• Contribute to shaping the engineering vision, team structure, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on development experience with Python.
• Strong expertise in FastAPI, OOPs principles, data structures, and algorithms.
• Proficiency in system design (HLD/LLD) and architectural decision-making.
• Proven experience working in early-stage startups or entrepreneurial environments.
• A self-starter mindset with an ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast.
• Bonus: Experience in scaling systems, building MVPs, or leading small tech teams.
