Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join a fast-growing product-based technology company. The role involves building and scaling cloud-based systems, working across backend and frontend, and mentoring team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mandatory Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience using Python or Node.js (Backend) and React (Frontend)
- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript
- Experience with message-based systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis
- Strong database experience with PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
- Background working in product-based companies only
- Education from Tier-1 Engineering Institutes (IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, DTU, or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FinTech, Payments, POS, or Retail products
- Prior experience in mentoring or coaching engineers
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, performant, cloud-based software (frontend & backend)
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development
- Collaborate with architects on system design and technology decisions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align with product goals
