Job Title: Tech Lead (React.js / TypeScript)

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop modern frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance UI components.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and technical design.
- Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to evaluate new technologies or approaches.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests from senior engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to the development team.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and user stories.
- Support story refinement and task allocation within the development team.
