Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Analyzing business requirement, developing and maintaining applications built using the .NET framework, .Net Core, Microservices
  • Creating and modifying code using APIs from specification, performing unit tests, fix defects.
  • Designing and developing solutions using microservices pattern and structure.
  • Preparing and delivering life cycle documents as required by project.
  • Attending Agile meetings (Daily scrum meeting/Sprint planning/Backlog refinement) on assigned projects
  • Providing results to project managers/developers/manual testers and stakeholders
  • Understanding the business requirements, application, and its components.
  • Updating Framework functions when needed
  • Attending the client calls and meetings
  • Involving in giving daily and weekly status reports to stakeholders.
  • Involved in knowledge transfer to the newly recruited personnel.
  • Experience working in development and enhancement of applications using .Net Framework, .Net core and microservices.
  • Knowledge of OOPS concepts and extensive coding and unit testing experience.
  • Strong experience in full stack web and react libraries.
  • Experience on Integration and deployments with hand on code optimization and refactoring.

  • Required to work in the office as per organizations In Office Adherence / Return To Office (RTO)
