Job Title: Delivery Module Lead Location: Bangalore SEZ Tower E Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Module Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Databricks and will be responsible for overseeing the delivery management process, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of data analytics and cloud-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.
• Utilize Databricks to design, implement, and optimize data pipelines and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data management and analytics.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Databricks, including data engineering and analytics capabilities.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, particularly Azure or AWS.
• Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and frameworks.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or Databricks are a plus.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and data management principles.
