Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in Salesforce.com development, particularly within the Financial Cloud domain. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce.com capabilities and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications on the Salesforce.com platform, focusing on Financial Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including coding standards, testing, and deployment processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in troubleshooting and debugging of applications to resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce.com features and enhancements, and evaluate their applicability to our projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Salesforce.com development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Financial Cloud and its functionalities.
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other systems and APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Java or JavaScript.
- Understanding of financial services industry standards and regulations.
- Experience with Salesforce certifications related to development and Financial Cloud.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful software development projects on the Salesforce.com platform.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
