Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Integration Developer to join our team. In this
role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration
solutions that enable seamless data exchange across multiple systems. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integrations that support
business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business
requirements and design effective integration solutions that ensure smooth data flow
between systems.
- API Development & Management:
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful/SOAP APIs to enable reliable communication
between applications.
- Data Mapping & Transformation:
Create and manage data mapping logic and transformation rules to ensure data
consistency and compatibility across platforms.
- Middleware Implementation:
Work with middleware platforms and integration tools to connect and orchestrate diverse
systems and services.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
Perform thorough testing of integration solutions, identify defects, and resolve issues in
both staging and production environments.
Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation covering integration workflows,
configurations, data mappings, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Monitoring & Optimization:
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms to proactively identify issues
and continuously improve integration performance.
Ensure all integrations adhere to security standards, including authentication,
authorization, encryption, and data protection policies.
Work closely with engineering teams, product managers, and external stakeholders to
ensure seamless integration delivery.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues across
internal teams and clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in system integration, API development, and middleware
technologies
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js
- Hands-on experience with frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
React.js, or Angular
- Experience with scripting languages and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Solid understanding of web services and integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON,
XML)
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
