Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong Java Fullstack experience to join our dynamic software development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Java technologies, particularly Spring, SpringBoot, Microservices, and ReactJS. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust Java-based applications using Spring and SpringBoot frameworks.
- Implement Microservices architecture to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic using ReactJS.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and user manuals.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
- Extensive experience with Spring and SpringBoot frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Microservices architecture and design principles.
- Proficient in front-end technologies, particularly ReactJS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
