SAP APO/IBP, SAP ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW , S4 HANA Developer

Location: Bangalore - Client Location (Bagmane CV Raman Nagar)

Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a skilled developer with hands-on experience in Supply and Demand Planning processes, with a strategic focus on enhancing data accuracy, availability, and completeness. The ideal candidate will have strong application support abilities and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Years of experience needed: 4+ years of SAP APO/IBP, SAP ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW , S4 HANA skills

Role: Software Developer

Work Timings: Mon-Fri

Languages: English, Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Build and customize PowerApps applications integrated with SharePoint
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability
• Document processes and solutions for support and knowledge sharing

Technology Implementation Requirements

. Solid understanding of Supply and Demand Planning processes, with a strategic focus on enhancing data accuracy, availability, and completeness.

. Strong proficiency in SAP APO/IBP and other planning solutions working knowledge of SAP ARIBA, BTP, IBP, and EBW , S4 HANA to support integrated planning and procurement workflows.

. Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment on timelines, cost control, and ROI, while upholding governance and compliance standards.

. Experience with project and test management tools such as TestRail and JIRA to manage deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure quality across project phases.

. Skilled in translating complex data into visual stories and dashboards, enabling actionable insights through effective data visualization and storytelling.

. Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Business, Project Management, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technology solutions.

. Demonstrated expertise in IT Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Strategic Communication, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

. Exceptional leadership with a track record of managing cross-functional teams to deliver results within defined cost and timeline constraints.

. Hands-on experience in large-scale ERP implementations, particularly in SAP-based IT product deployments.

. Prior involvement in Transformation Projects and IT Programs is highly desirable.

. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), with strong presentation and reporting capabilities.

. Work Schedule Flexibility: May be required to work outside of standard business hours based on project needs or critical deliverables
