About the Position We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Pages development to design, build, and deliver innovative SaaS solutions on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365.
You will work closely with other engineers, QA, DevOps, and product teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions for financial services customers across North America, Europe, and Australia.
This role is hands-on, with opportunities to work across the full stackfrom solution architecture and coding to DevOps automation and release managementwhile gaining exposure to cloud, SaaS, and Microsoft enterprise technologies.
Role and Responsibilities Works on the development of our product suite, including the core Lease/Loan platform and associated customer portals.
Plays a key role in expanding the product offering and bringing new features successfully to market.
Has proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (model-driven apps, deployments across tenants).
Skilled in using Azure resources to extend and enhance Power Platform capabilities.
Collaborates closely with stakeholders and teammates on planning, release activities, and inter-dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
Stays up to date with Power Platform, Cloud, and DevOps best practices and tools.
Contributes to designing and building solutions that align with product vision and industry direction.
Works with the DevOps engineering team to ensure smooth CI/CD pipeline execution.
Ideally has experience working in a software product company (SaaS) rather than only internal IT.
Brings energy, curiosity, and problem-solving skills to help the team tackle complex challenges.

- Strong experience developing and deploying Power Pages
- Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, and other web development technologies for building dynamic, user-friendly interfaces.
- Plugin development
- Familiarity with integrating Power Pages with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Power BI.
- Client and server-side integration with 3rd party web services
- C#, ASP.Net ,Liquid
- Source control software and concepts (Azure DevOps + Git)
- Ability to quickly investigate and learn new technologies and third-party products
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dissect complex business challenges.

You have hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, with a background as a full-stack developer using C# and .NET. You are motivated, creative, and passionate about learning and growing, never shying away from challenges. You enjoy collaborating with teams, delivering high-quality products, and contributing to agile development processes. You are comfortable both architecting solutions at a high level and diving into code for reviews, standards, and hands-on problem-solving. You have experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, understanding how development tools can improve quality and efficiency. You are passionate about software quality and enjoy working with QA teams to optimize processes and operational efficiency. You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to colleagues, fostering collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, SysAdmin, and product teams. Your primary focus is designing, developing, and delivering solutions on Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub, while effectively communicating and coordinating across all relevant teams. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (Sales) development. Proficiency with Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, PowerApps Portals, and related Microsoft technologies. Strong understanding of cloud computing fundamentals. Experience with system administration tasks and basic infrastructure knowledge. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly dissect information. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and third-party products. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience. Preferred Skills & Experience: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Knowledge of the asset finance or commercial lending industry
