Overview
We are Microsoft Specialized Cloud- Security Fundamentals team building scalable security engineering solutions. We help secure internal Microsoft infrastructure and help reduce developer toil for MSC services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full stack systems working with the team.
- Adhere to modern engineering practices, effective coding, writing unit test cases, debugging, code reviewing and creating CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with customers and collaborate with other teams to own end to end solutions and delivery.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and help implement them.
- Debug bugs, production issues and address them in a timely manner.
- Review work of peer members.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
- 8+ years of experience working in cloud services doing full stack back-end development
Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and secure deployment of GenAI in regulated environments.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in Security Development Lifecycle and Secure Coding practices
- Demonstrate passion and ability in collaborating with external teams, partners and customers.
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including, but not limited to: C#, ReactJS, JavaScript, PowerShell
