Senior Software Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Full-Stack Developer with strong focus in .NET Technologiesto join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. They will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software systems using the latest technologies and frameworks, with a focus on SAS-based product development and agile ways of working.

Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain applications usingC#,.NET Core, andASP.NET Web Forms.
• Work withOracleorSQL Databasesto design and optimize database interactions.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces and responsive front-end components usingAngular.
• Lead the design and development ofSAS-based products, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Actively contribute in anAgile environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards through agile best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and functional issues.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience of6+ yearsin a role within software development with a strong technical focus onC#and.NET Core.
• Proficiency inASP.NET Web Formsand building web-based applications.
• Hands-on experience withOracleorSQL Server, including query optimization and database design.
• Strong experience inSAS-based product development, including integration and deployment.
• Proficiency inAngularor similar front-end frameworks.
• Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Prior experience working in anAgile development environmentwith knowledge of agile methodologies and ways of working.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines andDevOpspractices.
• Prior experience in thehealth insurancedomain is highly desirable.
• Industry certifications are added advantage.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
