We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, JavaScript, and ITSM modules, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements
- Configure and support ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows
- Work with Service Portal, Flow Designer, and integrations as required
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and production support activities
- Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design
- Ensure best practices, code quality, and platform governance standards are followed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–12 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Development and Administration
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Experience in at least one core module: ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / CSM etc.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.)
- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
- Exposure to Agile / ITIL processes
