- Job Title: QA Lead
- Location: Hyderabad and Bangalore
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience : 8 - 10 Years
Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile QA Engineer with strong functional testing skills and hands-on experience in test automation (Selenium with java or Playwright). The ideal candidate can handle both Manual and Automation testing, with proven experience across Web, Mainframe, API, and Enterprise applications. A strong foundation in testing fundamentals, analytical thinking, and clear communication is key to succeeding in this role.
Primary Skill Set
- Proven QA Lead capabilities with strong functional testing expertise, particularly in mainframe applications
- Proficiency in SQL
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and define effective testing plans and strategies
- Hands-on experience with API testing
- Excellent communication skills
Secondary Skill Set
- Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain (preferably with Duck Creek)
- Test automation experience ( playwright/Selenium)
