ABOUT THE ROLE
Infosys is looking for a seasoned DELMIA Quintiq Software Engineer at the Level 2 grade to join its growing Supply Chain Planning practice. The SWE L2 will play a dual role driving hands-on technical delivery of Quintiq implementations while also owning project leadership responsibilities including team management, client engagement, and delivery governance. This is a senior contributor role suited for professionals ready to grow into a practice leadership track.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the technical design and development of DELMIA Quintiq-based solutions across supply chain, logistics, and workforce planning domains.
- Architect end-to-end Quintiq solution blueprints covering data model design, planning workflows, UI configuration, and integration layers.
- Own technical delivery quality conduct code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and enforce development standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Level 1 SWEs; support their technical growth and performance.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Required
- DELMIA Quintiq SWE Lvl2 Certification.
- 8+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 5-6 years in DELMIA Quintiq implementation projects.
- Hands-on expertise in Quintiq solution development, and planning domain configuration (supply, production, logistics, or workforce).
- Strong background in integration within DELMIA Quintiq
- Experience managing a delivery team of 36 engineers and coordinating work across onshore and offshore models.
- Experience owning client-facing delivery governance status reporting, steering committee preparation, and issue/risk management.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and associated tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure and SaaS deployment models.

- Ability to balance hands-on technical contribution with leadership and management responsibilities.
- Strong decision-making ability in ambiguous or high-stakes delivery scenarios.
