Senior Software Engineer

Role: Java backend developer

Responsibilities

1. Develop back-end components and services to improve responsiveness and overall performance
2. Write effective, scalable code
3. Integration with Client Facing Application and UpStream API
4. Test and debug programs
5. Improve functionality of existing systems
6. Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions

Requirements

1. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Java Developer including backend and middle tier development based on Microservices Patters
2. Proficient in the following technologies/Languages

Java,

Spring Framework

Spring Boot

SQL

API Integration (REST, SOAP)

JSON and XML

1. Good understanding of enterprise solutions including storage, and software layers.
2. Hands on Experience with implementation of Cross Cutting Concern including Caching, Logging and Tracing.
3. Working Knowledge and Understanding of Microservices architecture
4. Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes and Kubeflow
5. Proven internal/external written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize issues in a complex environment.
7. Understanding of Machine Learning and AI techniques is a plus.
8. Understanding of Cloud Technologies and solutions - GCP Preferred.
9. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
10. Great attention to detail Organizational skills
