We are looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer (Java) to join our engineering team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will build scalable backend systems, drive technical excellence, and work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking/fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design object-oriented models, data structures, and scalable business logic

Build and enhance backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices

Perform analysis, coding, testing, debugging, and continuous improvements

Recommend technical solutions aligned with evolving fintech/banking needs

Solve complex engineering challenges with ownership and accountability

Learn and adapt to new tools, frameworks, and architectural best practices

Collaborate with architects, peers, and cross-functional teams across the SDLC.
