Your Impact
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will lead the delivery of a key workstream or major module within a larger product or platform, driving it from requirement clarification through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
You will design scalable technical solutions by translating business and functional requirements into clear designs while leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms) to accelerate delivery speed and enhance code quality.
You will ensure the correctness, scalability, performance, and security of your work by critically reviewing and refining AI-generated code. Collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers, you will align requirements and implementation approaches while mentoring junior engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and task execution. You will enhance engineering productivity by refining AI prompt patterns, reusable components, and automation within your workstream, while also ensuring strong automated test coverage, observability, and production resilience.
Additionally, you will modernize legacy components, participate in incident analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. In this role, you will deliver scalable, maintainable modules that integrate seamlessly into larger systems, while elevating the technical capabilities of the team through best practices, mentorship, and innovation in AI-augmented workflows.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a technology-related field
- 9+ years of software engineering experience, including delivering complex features or modules in production systems
- Proficiency in one or two programming languages or technical domains (e.g., backend services in Python/Java, front-end architecture in React/TypeScript, distributed systems, data engineering, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and modular system design
- Experience with RESTful APIs, service-based architectures, and database design (SQL and/or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (where applicable), CI/CD practices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of observability and system reliability fundamentals
- Expertise in requirements analysis, technical design, development, refactoring, automated testing strategies, deployment, release processes, and production monitoring
- Experience leveraging AI-native development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to enhance delivery workflows, including validation and refinement of generated code
