About The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer I, you'll help design, build, and maintain software solutions that scale. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, share your expertise, and continue to grow professionally. We support ongoing learning, mentoring, and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work with teams to understand business goals and develop software to meet those needs.
- Collaborate across functions to gather and analyze requirements.
- Contribute to and maintain clear technical documentation.
- Develop and work with complex data models.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs.
- Participate in managing deployment pipelines and strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency with .NET and react with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Knowledge of SQL Server databases.
- Experience with unit testing and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Understanding of security best practices.
- Ability to design, optimize, and tune software for performance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Desirable (Optional) Skills
- Experience with Redux.
- Knowledge of stored procedures.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity or Docker.
- Experience with Git.
- Exposure to other database technologies like MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
