Primary Responsibilities:

  • Applies modern frontend engineering practices including clean code principles, modular CSS (CSS Modules, styled components, Tailwind, or equivalent), responsive design, cross browser compatibility, and web accessibility standards (WCAG). Solid understanding of core web technologies - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and browser internals
  • Integrates frontend applications with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, ensuring efficient data fetching, error handling, and secure authentication flows. Experienced in frontend testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end to end testing using modern testing frameworks, along with linting and formatting to maintain high code quality
  • Work effectively in Agile teams, collaborate closely with UX designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver features end to end. Implement CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications, enabling automated builds, testing, and deployments to cloud platforms
  • Leverages AI assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and AI driven testing and documentation generators to accelerate development, improve maintainability, and modernize frontend workflows. Actively mentors team members, promotes frontend best practices, drives UI consistency, and contributes to continuous improvement and architectural discussions
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as frontend heavy full stack engineer with deep expertise in building modern, scalable, and high performance web applications using React.js and Next.js. Solid focus on frontend architecture, component driven development, and creating intuitive, accessible, and responsive user experiences
  • Highly experienced in React best practices, including functional components, hooks, state management (Context, Redux, or similar), performance optimization, and reusable design systems. Hands on experience with Next.js features such as server side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), incremental static regeneration (ISR), routing, and API routes to deliver SEO friendly and performant applications
