Senior Software Engineer I

Job Description (Posting).

Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Management role within an Agile environment.
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of Digital Commerce concepts, including B2B, B2C, and B2B2C business models.
Core Competencies:
Expertise in writing clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
Exceptional ability to translate complex business needs and user feedback into a prioritized product backlog.
Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions about product features and priorities.
Knowledge of wireframe design principles and their role in defining user experiences.
Tools & Methodologies:
Deep, hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ceremonies.
Proficiency with product and project management tools such as AHA!, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
Working knowledge of design thinking and collaboration tools (e.g., Mural).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Soft Skills:
Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision.
Collaboration: A natural team player who excels at building consensus among diverse stakeholders.
