Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.
• Build and optimize distributed systems and microservices.
• Drive system design and architecture decisions.
• Lead code refactoring and engineering best practices.
• Mentor team members and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
• Strong experience with MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of System Design, OOP, Design Patterns, and Multi-tier Architecture.
• Must have been involved in designing systems from scratch since the beginning of their career, with hands-on ownership of architecture and scalable solution design.
• Experience leading large-scale code refactoring and engineering improvements.
• Strong coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience in D2C, FMCG, or Unicorn/Product-based startups.
• Exposure to AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Experience working in Agile environments with large-scale applications.
