Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with:
- AS/400 and SMART/400based insurance applications.
- Life/400 and Life/Asia application systems.
- Experience working with LifeAsia SOAP APIs.
- Strong development skills in:
- COBOL400
- SMART400
- SQL400
- Strong knowledge of DB2 databases.
- Industry experience in insurance or banking.
- Experience in conceptual and functional business process modeling.
- Understanding of life insurance products, operations, and regulatory processes.
- Relationship management and stakeholder communication capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent coordination skills for working with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in English.
