We are currently seeking a Senior Software Engineer based in Gurugram, India to join our growing technology team. Further details of the role are outlined below.
What You Will Do:
- Build operations monitoring tools- real-time dashboards, health monitoring, WebSocket-based status updates
- Develop AI-powered automation- Slack/Jira bots with LLM integration, automated incident response
- Build data pipelines- ingest metrics from multiple sources (OpsGenie, AWS SQS, Graphite), transform and store operational data
- Enhance observability stack- Prometheus exporters, Grafana dashboards, alerting systems
- Reduce operational toil automate workflows, self-service tools, background task processing
What You Need to Succeed
- 5-8 years of strong proficiency in Python and web application development (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
- Strong understanding and opinions on RESTful API development, and Real-time systems - WebSockets, event-driven architectures, message queues (Redis, Celery)
- Database experience - PostgreSQL/MySQL, complex queries, ORMs, migrations, optimization
- Linux/Unix proficiency - shell scripting, process management, debugging
- Docker - multi-container applications, docker-compose
- Git - version control, code review workflows
- Observability fundamentals - metrics, logging, alerting (Prometheus, Grafana)
- Strong problem-solving skills - debugging distributed systems independently
