About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer – Frontend to help build and enhance our next-generation AI-driven ad personalization and commerce media platform. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize modern web applications that power advertising, personalization, and commerce experiences for global brands and media partners.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend Engineering, Data Science, and Client Engineering teams to create intuitive, high-performance user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences at scale. Your work will directly impact products serving hundreds of millions of ad impressions and user interactions daily.

Your Opportunity

• Own and drive frontend business requirements from concept to implementation.
• Design and develop rich, responsive, and highly interactive web applications used by leading media companies and global brands.
• Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable UI components and frontend frameworks.
• Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Create rapid prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate product ideas and user experiences.
• Contribute to frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Mentor and assist peer developers with implementation, code reviews, and troubleshooting.
• Stay current with emerging frontend technologies, frameworks, and development practices.
• Ensure all deliverables meet high standards for usability, accessibility, quality, and performance.

Required Experience

• 2+ years of professional frontend development experience building modern web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with React, Redux, React Query/TanStack Query, and modern React development patterns.
• Experience building reusable component libraries and design-system-driven applications.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules, Styled Components, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and working closely with backend services.
• Strong understanding of application performance optimization, browser rendering, and frontend best practices.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js or other modern React-based frameworks.
• Familiarity with analytics, advertising technology, personalization, or commerce platforms.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and microservice-based architectures.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
