Role : Responsible for software development from conception to launch. Ensures projects align with business objectives and quality standards. Manages and mentors development teams. Drives continuous improvement.

Technical Skills

• .NET Core (Backend development)
• Angular 15+ (Frontend development)
• MSSQL / MySQL (Database)
• Azure (Cloud services and deployments)

Areas of expertise :

• Proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Understanding of system design principles and ability to create robust architectures
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms for efficient problem-solving.
• Excellent Product Management skills with the ability to define project goals, work plans, and track progress.
• Analyzing issues, developing solutions, and making informed decisions.

Job Responsibilities :

• Comprehensive web application development. This encompasses front-end user interface design, back-end service implementation, and database integration.
• Architect and enhance product architecture and framework.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Create and prioritize product roadmaps based on customer and business needs.
• Facilitate efficient issue resolution and code improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Drive product innovation and improvement.
• Maintain stringent code quality and security standards.
• Develop and mentor the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for optimal product design.

• Product Development Expertise: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead development teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Extensive programming and development experience.

Experience : 5 years +

Educational Qualification : B E / ME in Computer Science / B.Sc Computers

Working days : 5 days a week - Mon to Fri
