Technical Expertise
- Proficient in C programming for embedded systems.
- Experience with Classic AUTOSAR architecture and SWC development.
- Knowledge of software verification methods and test automation.
- Experience with traceability tools and test reporting.
Competencies & Skills
- Strong understanding of embedded software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work with complex system architectures and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in integration toolchain and AUTOSAR-compliant development.
- Familiarity with general requirements for software development (e.g. KGAS) and formal verification standards.
Soft skills
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Collaborative attitude, especially in distributed team environments.
- Willingness to take ownership and drive topics forward.

Nice to have
- Experience with network management protocols (CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet).
