We are looking for a Database Administrator with strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft SQL Server databases running on Windows operating systems in on-premise environments. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in performance tuning, backup and recovery, monitoring, and providing L2/L3 production support.
Key Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server on Windows Server environments (primary requirement).
- Proven experience managing on-premise database infrastructure.
- Expertise in database performance tuning, backup & recovery, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Experience providing L2/L3 production support for database incidents.
- Working knowledge of database security, access control, and compliance.
- Exposure to enterprise platforms such as SAP and AS400/DB2 is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
