Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. ServiceNow Engineer/Developer to join our team and lead technical initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM and integration modules, with additional exposure to ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and AI being a plus. This role requires hands-on development experience and the ability to guide and mentor junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM and integration modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Perform system upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and tools.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and customizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in ITSM and integration modules.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture and scripting (JavaScript, Glide).
- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good to Have Skills
- Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and AI capabilities in ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS in ITSM/ITOM).
