Job Title: ReactJS Developer / Lead

We at Coforge are hiring ReactJS Developer / Lead with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, code, and develop new features/fix bugs/add enhancements
- Look at opportunities to adopt and embed LLMenabled frontends (component generation, smart forms, conversational UI, inapp copilots)
- Work with Product team to understand the requirements.
- Work with QA Engineers to create and implement automated tests.
- Address and improve any technical issues.
- Work with Architects and Engineers in a supportive environment, where mentoring will be provided.
- Mentor and grow the engineers in the team to do better development and take up more initiatives.
- Maintain thorough and well-written documentation at a high project level, as well as at the coding level.
- Bring in a AI-first mindset to extend AI adoption in the SDLC.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of related experience in distributed enterprise-application; preferably in a cloud-based platform.
- Proficient and hands-on with Tech stack, ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, Typescript, Groovy Script and Graphql
- Hands-on with UI tech stack such as CSS, SCSS, Accessibility etc.
- AI enthusiast/evangelist.
- Software Development & Collaboration - Design, develop, and test software applications, including cloud-based and internet-related tools (GCP, GKE).
- Security & Compliance - Enforce security best practices, including secrets management, security scans, and compliance with industry standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align software development, quality, DevOps and SDLC practices.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Create and maintain documentation for services, frameworks and tools. Engage with peers and stakeholders, presenting technical insights and solutions.
- Active participant in hackathons/PoCs using Generative/Agentic AI tools with quantifiable benefits.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in cloud GCP/AWS platforms
- Familiar with Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Working experience with various CI/CD systems
